analysing Illumina DNA methylation array data from the EPICv2,
EPIC, and 450K platforms. It supports quality control, probe
filtering, cell-type deconvolution, phenotype preparation,
CpG-wise generalised linear models with optional term-level
omnibus F tests, longitudinal mixed-effects models using
'lmerTest'/'lme4' or 'nlme', optional 'nlme' residual
correlation structures, and automated reports. The workflow
uses established Bioconductor tools, including 'minfi',
'ENmix', and 'wateRmelon', and runs locally or in
high-performance computing environments.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/39019479545</link><pubDate>Tue, 18 Aug 2026 09:14:34 GMT</pubDate><r:package>dnaEPICO</r:package><r:version>0.99.38</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/dnaEPICO</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>dnaEPICO-overview.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>dnaEPICO-overview.html</r:filename><r:title>dnaEPICO Overview</r:title><r:created>2026-05-23 10:49:01</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-11 15:21:32</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>dnaEPICO-local.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>dnaEPICO-local.html</r:filename><r:title>Local Use of dnaEPICO</r:title><r:created>2026-04-22 11:07:25</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-11 15:21:32</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>dnaEPICO-pipeline.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>dnaEPICO-pipeline.html</r:filename><r:title>Pipeline Use of dnaEPICO</r:title><r:created>2026-04-22 11:07:25</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-18 09:14:34</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[biocstaging] GENCODEHub 0.99.0</title><author>ruizpint@qut.edu.au (Paul Ruiz Pinto)</author><description>Provides access through AnnotationHub to genomic
annotation resources derived from GENCODE releases. The release

imported identifiers and attributes, while a TxDb resource
supports gene, transcript, exon, and coding-sequence queries.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/biocstaging/actions/runs/37617101733</link><pubDate>Sat, 08 Aug 2026 09:36:37 GMT</pubDate><r:package>GENCODEHub</r:package><r:version>0.99.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://biocstaging.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/BiocStaging/GENCODEHub</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>GENCODEHub.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>GENCODEHub.html</r:filename><r:title>GENCODE AnnotationHub</r:title><r:created>2026-08-04 11:05:04</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-08 09:36:37</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[bioc] GSE280465 0.99.1</title><author>ruizpint@qut.edu.au (Paul Ruiz)</author><description>Provides ExperimentHub access to a processed DNA
